The BABC LA Transatlantic Law Council will provide a
diverse and unique forum for in-house attorneys and outside counsel in the UK
and California who are corporate level members of the BABC LA to discuss hot
topics and trends that can impact their clients’ domestic or international
business. The Council will develop and host programs by Council members on at
least a quarterly basis on a range of issues that are of common interest to
in-house attorneys and outside counsel. The Council will also develop
an interactive web page for council members to interact and discuss legal
matters and refer cases. It is the goal of the Council to have equal
representation of in-house and outside counsel in its membership. The inaugural interactive panel discussion and mixer
