David Clarke OBE, CEO for Paralympics GB

Former Banking Executive, Football Legend, and Advocate for Disability Rights.
From his illustrious career as a Banking Executive and Football Legend to his current role as CEO for Paralympics GB, David embodies the epitome of resilience and leadership.
Dave represented ParalympicsGB in three Paralympic Games in goalboal and blind football. As a footballer, he represented the UK/England 144 times scoring 128 goals, making him the highest football goal scorer for England. He was also a torch bearer in the London 2012 Opening Ceremony. Alongside his sporting pursuit he has had a successful career in the banking sector spanning 24 years and before joining ParalympicsGB as the CEO, Dave was the Chief Operating Officer for Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB). Dave is passionate about achieving equity, diversity and inclusion for disabled people in sport and in society, including in education and in business.

Sophie Morgan, Co-founder & Chief Creative Officer of Making Space Media

Sophie is a BAFTA nominated TV Presenter, Producer, Writer, Disability Rights Advocate and Artist. As one of the first female wheelchair users globally to host TV, Sophie is transforming the representation of disability on screen and can be seen anchoring live sports such as the Paralympics, fronting in her own prime-time travel series and hard hitting current affairs documentaries and as a regular chat show panelist on ITV. Recognized among the top 10 most influential disabled people in the UK, Sophie serves on advisory boards for Human Rights Watch, speaks at the United Nations, and acts as a patron for Scope and Back Up. She is currently spearheading the global disability rights campaign Rights On Flights which has recently taken her to the White House to meet the President and her influence extends internationally as a global ambassador for Can-Am, Airbnb, and PADI, and a monthly columnist for Condé Nast Traveler. Sophie's artistic background includes a degree in Fine Art and Integrative Arts Therapy. She lives in London and Los Angeles.

Keely Cat Wells, CEO of Making Space & Co-founder of Making Space Media

Keely founded her first company at a young age during her time in hospital, which developed into C Talent, an award-winning talent agency that represents Disabled talent. Under Keelys leadership, they had an artist roster with a combined following of over 50 million people and represented talent that have been Academy Award and Emmy nominees. In 2022, C Talent was acquired by creator commerce company, Whalar. Following the acquisition, Keely established Making Space, a venture-backed talent acquisition and learning experience platform that allows companies to access prequalified talent from Disabled, low-income, and traditionally underrepresented communities. In collaboration with Sophie Morgan, Keely co-founded Making Space Media, a division of Making Space. They produce film, TV, and promotional content that centers the Disabled voice. Making Space Media has secured a first-look deal with Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine. Keely plays a pivotal role as a disability subject matter expert, engaging in discussions with notable figures like President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.
