Andrew Lewis, MBE (President)

Andrew Lewis MBE brings a wealth of experience in management consulting and international business development, having successfully advised senior leaders across both the private and public sectors. His expertise lies in identifying strategic growth opportunities, spearheading new business initiatives, and exploring untapped markets. Currently serving as the President of the British American Business Council Los Angeles (BABC LA), Andrew is also a Consultant at Empaxis Data Management, Inc., where he continues to leverage his extensive knowledge and experience to drive business solutions. Previously, Andrew led the British government’s commercial team in Los Angeles, where he was instrumental in fostering trade and investment links between the US and the UK. For his outstanding contributions, he was recognized in the Queen’s New Year Honours List and named a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE). Andrew also held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at InvestCloud, where he played a pivotal role in advancing corporate initiatives and partnerships. Before these roles, Andrew honed his skills in management consulting, working in global hubs such as London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, New York, and Los Angeles. Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, he holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and an MBA from Scottish Universities. He is fluent in German, reflecting his global outlook and commitment to cross-cultural collaboration.
